The last time Formula One raced in the USA, Lewis Hamilton won, followed by Alonso, Massa, and Räikkönen, with Vettel only managing a disappointing seventh-place for BMW (in fairness, the 2007 USA GP at Indianapolis was his F1 debut). This time, Austin in Texas is the location, on another Tilke track with too many corners.
The Sprint Cup Chase culminates at the Homestead-Miami speedway, which is another 1·5 mile oval. It was last reconfigured in 2003. Harvick and Edwards are the two drivers to achieve top-tens at all the last three visits, and I am guessing it is about middle-predictable by NASCAR standards. Do consult the driver-statistic pages.
The conservative route would be to pick seven Formula One drivers, but at this late gasp in the season, there may be reason to be more adventurous.
